We currently offer unstitched sarees to preserve the traditional drape. However, you can style them with custom blouse stitching or pre-order stitched blouse options (where available).

• Silks: Dry clean only
• Cottons: Hand wash in cold water separately
• Always store sarees in breathable cotton bags and avoid direct sunlight exposure for long periods.

We offer a complimentary cotton saree bag with every purchase. This bag is ideal to store your timeless saree.

Delivery Across India

We ship all over India, including metros, towns, and even remote pin codes.

• Dispatch time: All ready-to-ship sarees are dispatched within 1–3 working days.
  
• Made to order/custom products: May take 7–12 working days for dispatch.
  
• Delivery time: 3–7 working days after dispatch, depending on your location.
  

Shipping Charges

• Free shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹999.
  
• A nominal shipping applies to products below ₹999.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via SMS/Email so you can follow its journey to your doorstep.

🔄 Returns & Exchanges Policy

We take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our sarees. However, if something isn't right, we’re here to help.

✔️ Eligible for Return:

• Damaged, defective, or wrong product received
• Must be reported within 48 hours of delivery
• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags
  

❌ Not Eligible for Return:

• Sarees with fall/pico/blouse stitching
  
• Products bought on sale or during special promotions
  
• Color variations due to screen settings are not considered defects
  

🔁 How to Request a Return

1. Write to us at info@indisatva.com or WhatsApp us at +91-8130259529 with your order ID and photos of the issue.
2. Once approve, we’ll arrange a reverse pickup from your address (wherever serviceable).
3. After we receive the item and complete inspection, we’ll issue refund.

💳 Refunds

• We currently offer refunds only via store credit. This helps us ensure fair usage of our limited-edition collections.
